Shipping Returns Policy

Orders are delivered within 2-5 business days, depending on the size of certain items and the courier delays due to weather conditions. As soon as your order is delivered to Saskatoon RV SuperStore, you will receive a confirmation email to pick up your order.

Cancellations
We will do our best to process any cancellation request, but please understand that delays may occur due to coordination with the warehouse, particularly if the request is received after business hours.

 

Return Policy

We will accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. The item must be in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund. The following products are non-returnable:
  • Any used, installed, or altered products.
  • Liquids or items with a chemical makeup.
  • Special order items.
  • Mattress purchased online.

Refunds will be processed once the product has been received and inspected by the warehouse.
If returns require shipping the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
NO return or exchange is accepted on ELECTRONICS.
NO return or exchange is accepted on ELECTRICAL PRODUCTS.
NO return or exchange is accepted on SEWER/SANITIATION PRODUCTS.
NO return or exchange is accepted on USED PRODUCTS.
NO return or exchange is accepted on FINAL SALE or “AS IS” PRODUCTS.
NO return or exchange is accepted on SPECIAL ORDERS.
 

Missing Items or Damaged Goods
Incorrect shipping, missing items or damaged goods must be reported via email to olivia@saskatoonrvsuperstore.com within 48 hours of receiving goods. If we make an error when fulfilling your order, please contact us via email at olivia@saskatoonrvsuperstore.com within 48 hours of receiving your package to initiate a claim. Please send a brief email to us of the error and we will correct any mistakes as quickly as possible. We will provide you with a prepaid return label via email to send back the product(s). Saskatoon RV Superstore will pay return shipping fees in the following situations:
  • The Wrong Product was shipped
  • The product was labelled wrong
  • Damaged in transport
  • Defective product
Incorrect shipping, missing items, defective or damaged goods are only eligible for an exchange only. We will exchange the item for the exact same item, in the exact same colour. Exceptions may apply if the item is no longer being actively stocked or available.  

When can I expect my refund?
We will refund in the original method of payment. We are unable to issue refunds via Interac E-Transfer, Cash, Debit Card or Cheque. We issue refunds within 7 business days after receiving and inspecting the merchandise. An email notification confirming your refund will be sent after. Depending on your card-issuing bank, please allow up to one billing cycle for a refund to appear on your statement. We cannot process return or refund requests without proof of purchase.  

How do I make a return?
To initiate a return or exchange you must email parts@saskatoonrvsuperstore.com. You need to provide either the Invoice # and/or Order ID, purchase date, and which item your want to return. In some cases, we may request that Pictures must be sent of damage or other errors. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions for returning the products to us as well as a shipping label for your return (if applicable).

Shipping Policy
Note that in multi-product purchases, shipping costs are calculated based on the combined shipment weight of all items. If individual items within an order have varying lead times, the order will not ship until all items are available for shipment.
